Standard Research Rates

Hourly

• First Hour $15.00 (Prepaid)
• 2 Hours $28.00 (Prepaid already includes the first hour.)
• Additional hours per hour rate of $13.00 (Prepaid after your approval)

Mileage

• Mileage is a flat $0.30 per mile. The first 10 miles are free (see below). Time driving is not charged against your research time above.

• Wapakoneta - No mileage charged
• Lima - $4.00 Mileage
• Celina - $14.00 Mileage
• Van Wert - $12.00 Mileage
• Kenton - $10.00 Mileage
• Findlay - $16.00 Mileage

Documents

• Photocopies $0.25 per page. (We will reduce to fit 2 pages per copy when possible)
• If the document cannot be photocopied we will transcribe it at the hourly rate
• Some documents (court house) have fees for retrieval - those costs will be passed on to you.

Photos

• Photo $2.00 per picture set which is 3 different photos of 1 item. Minimum $5.00 + plus mileage. The first 10 miles are free.
• Prepaid Item - after a quote.

Please provide as much relevant information that you already have to reduce the time you are charged for. Please include names, alternative names, dates, etc...

We guarantee we will research the information, but due to the nature of the research we cannot guarantee what if anything that will or will not be found.
